Cheese Masala Corn

INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sweet corns - 200 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 20 grams
PREPARATION
- In a heated pan, add 500 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 200 grams sweet corns.
- Bring it to boil and cook for 8- 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- In a small bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Mix well.
- Now, in another bowl, add boiled sweet corns, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon green chili, prepared masala mix, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 20 grams grated mozzarella cheese . Mix well.
- Serve.
Green Chutney Masala Corns

Coriander leaves - 5 grams
Mint leaves - 4 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 20 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
White spring onions - 20 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a heated pan, add 500 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 200 grams sweet corns.
- Bring it to boil and cook for 8- 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Now in a bowl, add 5 grams coriander leaves, 4 grams mint leaves, 1 teaspoon green chili, 20 grams onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water.
- Transfer it into a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Now, take a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon butter, boiled sweet corns, blended mixture, 20 grams white spring onions, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
- Mix well all the ingredients with the help of spatula.
- Serve.
Spicy Masala Corns

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 20 grams
Tomato - 20 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- In a heated pan, add 500 milliliters water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 200 grams sweet corns.
- Bring it to boil and cook for 8- 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala. Mix well.
- Take another bowl, add boiled sweet corns, 1 teaspoon butter, 20 grams onion, 20 grams tomatoes, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
- Mix well with the help of spatula.
- Serve.
