Muesli Chia Seed & Dry Fruit Jar

INGREDIENTS
Chia seeds - 50 grams
Water - 100 milliliters
Yogurt - 70 grams
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Muesli - to taste
Bananas - to taste
Pomegranate - to taste
Almonds - to taste
Walnuts - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams chia seeds, 100 milliliters water and soak for 5 minutes.
- Then, add 70 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Take a jar, add some muesli, chia seeds mixture, bananas, pomegranate, almonds and walnuts.
- Serve.
Mexican Mason Jar Salad
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Onions - 70 grams
Tomato - 60 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
Avocado - 120 grams
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled kidney beans - to taste
Lettuce - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste
Black olives - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 70 grams onions, 60 grams tomato, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon coriander and mix it well.
- In a another bowl, add 120 grams avocado, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
- Take a jar, add onion mixture, boiled kidney beans, lettuce, sweet corns, avocado mixture, boiled kidney beans, lettuce and black olives.
- Serve.
Overnight Flax Meal In Jar
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Oats - 120 grams
Flax seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Raisins - 30 grams
Milk - 70 milliliters
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Flax seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins - 10 grams
PREPARATION
- Take a pan, add 120 grams oats, 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Then, add 150 milliliters water and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and transfer this into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon honey, 30 grams raisins and mix it well.
- Take a jar, add oats mixture, 70 milliliters milk, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds and 10 grams raisins.
- Serve.
Thai Noodle Mason Jar With Peanut Dressing

Peanut butter - 120 grams
Brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled noodles - to taste
Carrots - to taste
Roasted peanuts - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Spinach - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
- Take a jar, add the prepared mixture, boiled noodles, carrots, roasted peanuts, bell pepper, spinach, boiled noodles and roasted peanuts.
- Serve.
