Cheesy Maggi Noodles Bread Pockets
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 40 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 40 grams
Green peas - 40 grams
Sweet corn - 40 grams
Water - 400 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 120 grams
Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 60 milliliters
Bread slices
Mozzarella cheese
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 40 grams onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add 40 grams carrot, 40 grams bell pepper, 40 grams green peas, 40 grams sweet corn and saute the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes.
3. Add 400 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
4. Then, add 120 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.
5. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it again.
6. Cook until the water is absorbed and the maggi is fully cooked.
7. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 60 milliliters water and mix it well.
8. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges.
9. Flatten the bread with the help of a rolling pin.
10. Now, place some maggi on top of it.
11. Top with mozzarella cheese.
12. Apply the all purpose flour paste on the edges.
13. Now, seal the edges properly.
14. Cut the sides to make a perfect pocket. (See Video)
15. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
16. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
17. Serve hot with ketchup.
Maggi Masala Tikki
Servings - 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS
Water - 440 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 115 grams
Boiled potatoes - 250 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Boiled carrot - 90 grams
Bread slices - 80 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Heat 440 milliliters water in a pan, add 115 grams maggi noodles and bring it to boil.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams boiled potatoes, 70 grams onions, 90 grams boiled carrot, 80 grams bread slices and mix it well.
3. Add the cooked maggi in it and mix it well again.
4. Add 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons Maggi masala and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Take some mixture in your hand and roll them in circular shape.
6. Heat some oil in a pan, place the bread slice on it. Cook from both sides until golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot with ketchup.
Maggi Noodles Momos
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 200 milliliters
(For Stuffing)
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 60 grams
Cabbage - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Water - 660 milliliters
Noodle masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Maggi noodles - 120 grams
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
(For Dough)
1. In mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest for 1 hour.
(For Stuffing)
1. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 2 teaspoons garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Now, add 60 grams cabbage, 60 grams carrot and mix well.
4. Add 660 milliliters water and stir well. Bring it to a boil.
5. Now, add 1 1/2 tablespoons noodle masala, 120 grams Maggi noodles and mix well.
6. Cook till the water absorbed completely.
7. Now, add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and mix well.
(Rest of the Preparation)
1. To make momos, dust with flour. Flatten the dough using rolling pin. Cut out circle into a 2 or 3 diameter circle.
2. Place the prepared stuffing in centre. Fold into half forming a semi circle.
3. Press the edges gently. Further, bring together the tip of folded semi circles and join them.
4. Place it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot with momos sauce.
Maggi Spring Roll
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 350 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 220 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 90 grams
Carrot - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Maggi masala - 25 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 640 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 215 grams
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil, 220 milliliters water and knead the soft dough.
2. Rest for 2 hours.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 90 grams onions and saute for a couple of minutes till the onions turn translucent.
4. Add 70 grams carrot, 70 grams bell pepper and fry 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Add 25 grams maggio masala and mix it well,.
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well to combine.
7. Add 640 milliliters water, 215 grams Maggi noodles and cook 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Take a ball from dough and flatten them with a rolling pin.
9. Cut it sides to make a square shape.
10. Fill it with maggi and roll it tightly.
11. In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
12. Place some all purpose flour paste on the edge and seal the edge properly.
13. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
14. Serve.
