Chicken Popcorn Pizza
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 750 grams
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon Oregano - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 150 grams Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread crumbs - 70 grams Corn flakes - 50 grams Butter milk - for dipping
Oil - for frying
Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Warm water - 50 milliliters
All purpose flour - 400 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 200 milliliters Maize flour - for dusting Pizza sauce - to taste Mozzarella cheese - to taste Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 750 grams chicken, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 2 hours.
3. In a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
4. In a another bowl, add 70 grams bread crumbs, 50 grams corn flakes and mix it well.
5. Take the marinated chicken and roll it in flour mixture.
6. Then, dip it in buttermilk and roll it in bread crumbs mixture properly.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
8. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon dry yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, 50 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
10. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
11. Add 400 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
12. Now, add 200 milliliters warm water and knead it into a smooth soft dough. 13. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
14. Take the dough and dust it with maize flour/
15. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
16. Place it on a baking tray.
17. Add some pizza sauce on it and spread it evenly.
18. Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
19. Then, add the fried chicken popcorn on it.
20. Add more mozzarella cheese on it.
21. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
22. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
23. Remove it from oven and cut it into slices.
24. Serve hot.
Domino's Style Farm House Cheese Burst Pizza
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Warm milk - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 570 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk powder - 45 grams Butter - 50 milliliters
Warm milk - 250 milliliters Maize flour
Cheese spread - to taste Mozzarella cheese - to taste Pizza sauce - to taste Mozzarella cheese - to taste Bell pepper - to taste
Onions - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste Mushrooms - to taste Jalapeños - to taste
Olives - to taste
Olive oil - for brushing
Chilli flakes - to taste Oregano - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons dry yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 100 milliliters warm milk and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 570 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 45 grams milk powder, 50 milliliters butter, 250 milliliters warm milk and knead it into a smooth soft sough.
4. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
5. Place the dough on a floor and sprinkle maize flour on it.
6. Tuck the dough well.
7. Divide the dough into equal portions.
8. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Place it on a hot tawa and cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides. Keep aside.
10. Now, take a another dough ball and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. 11. Then flatten it with your fingers to make a pizza base. (See Video)
12. Place it on a baking tray.
13. Add cheese spread on top of pizza base and spread it evenly.
14. Top with mozzarella cheese.
15. Place the cooked base on top of it.
16. Prick it with fork.
17. Spread pizza sauce on top of it.
18. Top with mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onions, sweet corns, mushrooms, jalapeños and olives.
19. Brush the sides with olive oil.
20. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on top of it.
21. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
22. Cut it into slices.
23. Serve hot.
French Fries Pizza
Servings - 2 - 3

Yeast - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Water - 40 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 150 milliliters
French fries - 200 grams
Oil - for frying
Pasta sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons yeast, 2 teaspoons sugar, 40 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Then, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
4. Now, add 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry 200 grams french fries until it turns golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
8. Dust the floor with flour.
9. Place the dough ball on it.
10. Flatten the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin to make a pizza base. 11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Spread pasta sauce on it.
13. Add some mozzarella cheese on it.
14. Place the fried french fries on it.
15. Again Top with mozzarella cheese.
16. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
17. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
18. Cut it into slices.
19. Serve hot.
Schezwan Pizza Bites
Servings 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 130 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk powder - 1 tablespoon Water - 50 milliliters
Yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
(For dressing)
Schezwan sauce - to taste Cheese slices - to taste Curry powder - to taste Onions - to taste
Corn - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste Salt - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon milk powder, take a bowl add 50 millilitres water, 1/2 teaspoon yeast and mix well.
2. Pour in it. Add 1 teaspoon oil and mix well.
3. Add water and knead into a smooth soft dough. Rest 1 hour.
4. Take dough and divided the dough into two parts.
5. Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller to make a pizza base.
6. Prick all over with a fork.
7. Place the rolled dough on a tawa and cover it with a lid. Let the base cook on low heat for 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Flip the pizza base and cook for another few minutes.
9. Spread schezwan sauce over the cooked pizza base.
10. Place cheese slices on it. Sprinkle curry powder.
11. Garnish with onions, corn, bell pepper and sprinkle some salt.
12. Top with a few broken slices of cheese.
13. Place it on tawa and cover it with lid. Cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
14. Once the cheese is melted and the bottom is brown. Remove it from heat. 15. Cut it into small slices.
16. Serve.
