Garlic Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Garlic - 155 grams

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Lemon juice - 60 milliliters

Oil - 660 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 155grams garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 60 millilitres lemon juice, 660 milliliters oil and blend it until smooth.

2. Serve.

Teriyaki Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 220 milliliters

Brown sugar - 55 grams

Honey - 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce - 60 milliliters

Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn starch - 2 tablespoons

Water - 80 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a pan, add 220 milliliters water, 55 grams brown sugar and mix well.

2. Add, 2 tablespoons honey, 60 milliliters soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and stir well.

3. Now, in a bowl add 2 tablespoons corn starch and add 80 milliliters water and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into it and Simmer until thickened.

5. Serve.

Peanut Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Peanut butter - 200 grams

Rice vinegar - 60 milliliters

Soy sauce - 80 milliliters

Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 60 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing. Bowl, add 200 grams peanut butter, 60 milliliters rice vinegar, 80 milliliters soy sauce, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1 1/2

teaspoons garlic, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 60 milliliters water and mix it well.

2. Serve.

BBQ Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Brown sugar - 175 grams

Ketchup - 315 grams

Red wine vinegar - 80 milliliters

Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon

Hot pepper sauce - 2 - 3 drops

Water - 80 milliliters

Dry mustard powder - 2 tablespoons

Paprika - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 175 grams brown sugar, 315 grams ketchup, 80 milliliters red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 2 - 3 drops hot pepper sauce, 80 milliliters water, 2 tablespoons dry mustard powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper powder and blend it until smooth.

2. Serve.

Sweet & Sour Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 220 milliliters

Brown sugar - 200 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Ketchup - 130 grams

Cyder vinegar - 220 milliliters

Corn starch - 45 grams

Water - 60 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a pan, add 220 milliliters water, 200 grams brown sugar and mix well.

2. Add, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 130 grams ketchup, 220 milliliters cider vinegar and stir well.

3. Now, in a bowl add 45 grams corn starch and add 60 milliliters water and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into it and Simmer until thickened.

5. Serve.
