Masala Maggi Bread Pockets
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 70 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Green peas - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 260 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Maggi noodles - 170 grams
Water - 300 milliliters
Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 20 grams
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 70 milliliters
Bread slices
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 380 milliliters
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Add 1 tablespoon green chili and stir well.
3. Then, add 70 grams green peas and mix it well.
4. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Now, add 260 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add 170 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.
8. Then, add 300 milliliters water and mix it again.
9. Cover it with lid and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
10. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
11. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it well.
12. Again cover it with lid and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
13. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
14. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
15. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
16. In a bowl, add 20 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 70 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter. Keep aside.
17. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges.
18. Flatten the bread with the help of a rolling pin.
19. Now, place some maggi on top of it.
20. Apply the all purpose flour paste on the edges.
21. Now, seal the edges properly.
22. In a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
23. Add 380 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
24. Dip the bread pocket in it and the roll it in bread crumbs properly.
25. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
26. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
27. Serve hot with ketchup.
Creamy Cuppa Maggi
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Butter - 50 grams
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Milk - 300 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 200 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Carrots - 100 grams
Sweet corns - 70 grams
Water - 700 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 180 grams
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Ketchup - 60 grams
Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
1. Heat 50 grams butter in a skillet, add 50 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
2. Then, add 300 milliliters milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
4. Now, add 200 grams bell pepper, 100 grams tomato, 100 grams carrots, 70 grams sweet corns and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. Heat 700 milliliters water in a another skillet, add 180 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.
8. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 60 grams ketchup and mix it well.
9. Bring it to a boil.
10. Now, add 2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Take a cup, add a layer of prepared maggi.
13. Then, add the prepared sauce over it.
14. Add some mozzarella cheese on it.
15. Do this process one more time.
16. Microwave for 50 seconds.
17. Serve.
Maggi Spring Roll
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 350 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 220 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 90 grams
Carrot - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Maggi masala - 25 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 640 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 215 grams
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil, 220 milliliters water and knead the soft dough.
2. Rest for 2 hours.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 90 grams onions and saute for a couple of minutes till the onions turn translucent.
4. Add 70 grams carrot, 70 grams bell pepper and fry 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Add 25 grams maggio masala and mix it well,.
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well to combine.
7. Add 640 milliliters water, 215 grams Maggi noodles and cook 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Take a ball from dough and flatten them with a rolling pin.
9. Cut it sides to make a square shape.
10. Fill it with maggi and roll it tightly.
11. In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
12. Place some all purpose flour paste on the edge and seal the edge properly.
13. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
14. Serve.
Maggi Manchurian
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Water - 550 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 170 grams
Maggi masala - 20 grams
Carrots - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Cabbage - 80 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 35 grams
Oil - for frying
Oil - 30 milliliters
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Spring onions - 35 grams
Onions - 45 grams
Bell pepper - 120 grams
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Red chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Water - 45 milliliters
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 550 milliliters water, 170 grams maggi noodles and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Add 20 grams maggi masala and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the maggi is cooked.
5. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
6. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 80 grams carrots, 60 grams bell pepper, 80 grams cabbage, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 35 grams corn flour and mix all the ingredients well.
7. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball.
8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
9. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
10. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili, 35 grams spring onions and stir for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
11. Then, add 45 grams onions and fry till translucent.
12. Now, add 120 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
13. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
14. Add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons red chili sauce and mix it well.
15. Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it again.
16. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 45 milliliters water and mix it well.
17. Pour the mixture into the skillet and mix it well.
18. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
19. Now, add the fried maggi balls and mix it well.
20. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
21. Garnish with spring onions.
22. Serve hot.
Maggi Frankie

INGREDIENTS
(For Roti)
All purpose flour - 180 grams
Wheat flour - 140 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 10 milliliters
Water - 200 milliliters
Butter - for brushing
(For Maggi Noodles)
Water - 400 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 125 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Maggi masala - 20 grams
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Water - 45 milliliters
Green chili sauce - to taste
PREPARATION
(For Roti)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams all purpose flour, 140 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10 milliliters oil, 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest the dough for 20 - 25 minutes.
3. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
4. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Flip it gently.
6. Brush it with butter from both sides.
7. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
(For Maggi Noodles)
1. Take a skillet, add 400 milliliters water, 120 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.
2. Bring it to a boil.
3. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Remove it from heat and drain the maggi.
5. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon green chili, 100 grams onions and fry till translucent.
6. Then, add 80 grams carrots, 70 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
9. Add 20 grams maggi masala, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup and mix it well.
10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 45 milliliters water and mix it well.
12. Now, add the boiled maggi and mix it well.
13. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
14. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
(For Maggi Frankie)
1. Take the chapati and spread green chili sauce over it.
2. Now, add the prepared maggi noodles on it.
3. Fold it tightly.
4. Cover it with aluminium foil.
5. Serve.
Maggi Sandwich
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 60 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons
Maggi - 120 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices
Ketchup - to taste
Grated cheese - to taste
Oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix well.
4. Then, add 60 grams bell pepper, 60 grams carrot and mix well.
5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Add 350 milliliters water, 2 tablespoons maggi masala and stir well.
7. Add 120 grams Maggi noodles and mix it well. Bring it to a boil.
8. Cook till all the water is absorbed.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
10. Take a bread slice and spread some ketchup on it.
11. Place some prepared maggi on top it.
12. Top with grated cheese and place a another slice of bread.
13. Put the sandwich in the grill and brush with oil.
14. Toast it till its brown in color.
15. Cut it into half.
16. Serve.
Cheese Burst Maggi Dosa
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Processed Cheese - 130 grams
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Milk - 180 milliliters
Water - 650 milliliters
Maggi noodles - 250 grams
Maggi masala - 20 grams
Dosa mixture - 165 grams
Yogurt - 130 grams
Water - 220 milliliters
Water - 2 tablespoons
Butter
Cabbage - to taste
Onions - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Schezwan sauce - to taste
Ketchup - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 grams processed cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 180 milliliters milk and microwave for 40 seconds.
2. Remove it from microwave and mix it well.
3. Again microwave for 40 seconds.
4. Remove it from microwave again and mix it well.
5. Again microwave for 40 seconds.
6. Remove it from microwave and whisk it well.
7. Keep aside.
8. Heat 650 milliliters water in a pan, add 250 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.
9. Bring it to a boil.
10. Add 20 grams maggi masala and mix it well.
11. Again bring it to a boil.
12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
14. In a mixing bowl, add 165 grams dosa mixture, 130 grams yogurt, 220 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
15. Rest the batter for 5 - 7 minutes.
16. Heat a tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe off completely.
17. Now, pour a ladle full of dosa batter and spread gently.
18. Add some butter and spread it gently.
19. Then, add cabbage, onions, bell pepper, cooked maggi, schezwan sauce and ketchup.
20. Now, sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, butter and mix it well.
21. Spread the maggi gently on it.
22. Top with the prepared cheese sauce and mix it again.
23. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
24. Remove it from tawa and cut it into strips.
25. Roll it into a cylinder shape.
26. Garnish with prepared cheese sauce and coriander.
27. Serve hot.

Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 200 milliliters
(For Stuffing)
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 60 grams
Cabbage - 60 grams
Carrot - 60 grams
Water - 660 milliliters
Noodle masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Maggi noodles - 120 grams
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION

4. Add 660 milliliters water and stir well. Bring it to a boil.
5. Now, add 1 1/2 tablespoons noodle masala, 120 grams Maggi noodles and mix well.
6. Cook till the water absorbed completely.
7. Now, add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and mix well.
(Rest of the Preparation)
1. To make momos, dust with flour. Flatten the dough using rolling pin. Cut out circle into a 2 or 3 diameter circle.
2. Place the prepared stuffing in centre. Fold into half forming a semi circle.
3. Press the edges gently. Further, bring together the tip of folded semi circles and join them.
4. Place it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot with momos sauce.
