INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 200 grams
Oil - 20 milliliters
Water - 120 milliliters
Mangoes - 610 grams
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 200 milliliters
Oil - for frying
Pistachios - for garnishing
Saffron - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 20 milliliters oil, 120 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
3. In a blender, add 610 grams mangoes, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 200 milliliters milk and blend it well.
4. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Pour the aamras into a serving bowl.
8. Garnish with pistachios and saffron.
9. Serve with prepared puri.
