Air Fry Crispy Chicken
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS

Buttermilk - 500 milliliters
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Chicken strips - 500 grams
All purpose flour - 120 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Beaten eggs - for dipping
Bread crumbs - for coating
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, add 500 milliliters buttermilk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams chicken strips, prepared buttermilk mixture and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. In a bowl, add 120 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
5. Take a chicken strip and coat it with all purpose flour mixture.
6. Then, dip it in beaten eggs and roll it in bread crumbs properly.
7. Now, take a philips airfryer and add the prepared chicken strips in it. (See Video)
8. Set the temperature to 180°C and air fry for 20 - 25 minutes.
9. Remove it from airfryer.
10. Serve.
