INGREDIENTS
Oregano- 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes- 1/4 teaspoon
Parsley- 1/4 teaspoon
Dried basil- 1/4 teaspoon
Thyme- 1/4 teaspoon
Rosemary- 1/4 teaspoon
All Purpose Flour- 150 grams
Semolina- 30 grams
Gram flour- 2 tablespoons
Rice flour- 2 tablespoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Oil- 45 millilitres
Boiled mashed potatoes- 130 grams
Water- 60 millilitres
Oil- For frying
PREPARATION
- Take a small bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon oregano, chilli flakes, parsley, dried basil, thyme, rosemary and mix with the help of a spoon
- In an another bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams semolina,2 tablespoons gram flour, 2 tablespoons rice flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, prepared seasoning, 45 millilitres oil and mix well.
- Add 130 grams boiled mashed potatoes and 60 millilitres water in the mixture and mix properly to make a dough.
- Rest for 20 minutes.
- Take a small ball from prepared dough, flatten it with the help of a rolling pin and make it round with the help of a stencil.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry it until properly cooked.
- Serve.
