Aloo Paratha With Liquid Dough

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour -250 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 120 grams
Water - 450 grams
Ghee - for brushing
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 250 grams wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
- Now, add 120 grams boiled potato, mix and add 450 milliliters water and whisk until becomes thick consistency.
- Take some batter and pour it in greased pan.
- Cook till dry from one side.
- Flip to other side and cook until done.
- Now, brush ghee and cook from both sides until golden brown in color.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Serve hot with curd.
