Cheesy Aloo Tikki Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Boiled mashed potatoes - 360 grams

Green peas - 90 grams

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Soaked flattened rice - 70 grams

Coriander - 6 grams

All purpose flour - 60 grams

Rice flour - 50 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 200 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for shallow frying

Milk - 100 milliliters

Processed cheese - 50 grams

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams

Burger bun

Onion slices

Tomato slices

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 360 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 90 grams green peas, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon

garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 70 grams soaked flattened rice, 6 grams coriander and mix all the ingredients well.

2. In a another bowl, add 60 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

3. Take some potato mixture in your hand and shape it into a tikki.

4. Dip it in all purpose flour mixture and the roll it in bread crumbs.

5. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry this till golden brown and crispy from all sides.

6. Heat 100 milliliters milk in a pan, add 50 grams processed cheese and mix until the cheese is melted.

7. Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 50 grams mozzarella cheese and stir well.

8. Bring it to a boil. Keep aside.

9. Heat a burger bun on a tawa.

10. Place the bun on a board.

11. Add onion and tomato slices on it.

12. Then, add the prepared tikki on top of it.

13. Top with prepared cheese.

14. Covered it with another bun.

15. Serve hot.

McAloo Tikki Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes - 1 kilogram

Water - 400 milliliters

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 50 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Green beans - 75 grams

Green peas - 75 grams

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

All purpose flour - 80 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 150 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

Mayonnaise - 75 grams

Ketchup - 20 grams

Burger bun

PREPARATION

1. Take a pressure cooker, add 1 kilogram potatoes, 400 milliliters water and cover it with lid.

2. Cook till you hear 4 - 5 whistles.

3. Remove it from heat.

4. Drain and peel the potatoes.

5. Now, grate the boiled potatoes with food grater and keep aside.

6. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well. Keep aside.

7. Heat 50 grams butter in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for minute.

8. Then, add 75 grams green beans, 75 grams green peas and stir well.

9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

10. Add the prepared masala, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and mix it well.

11. Now, add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.

12. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

13. Remove it from heat and transfer it to bowl.

14. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.

15. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoons alt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 150 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

16. Now, dip the tikki into the batter and coat the tikki well.

17. Then, roll it in bread crumbs.

18. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy from both sides.

19. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

20. In bowl, add 75 grams mayonnaise, 20 grams ketchup and mxi it well.

21. Take a burger bun, place the prepared tikki on it.

22. Add onion and tomato slices on it.

23. Spread the prepared sauce on another slice on bun.

24. Now, place it on the top of another bun.

25. Serve hot.

Homemade KFC Paneer Zinger Burger

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Paneer slices - 4

Chilli garlic paste - to taste

All purpose flour - 145 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

All purpose flour paste

Oil - for shallow frying

Mayonnaise - 75 grams

Chilli garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Burger bun

Lettuce

PREPARATION

1. Take a paneer slice and spread chilli garlic paste on it.

2. Put a another slice of paneer on it.

3. In a bowl, add 145 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and mix it well.

4. Take all purpose flour paste.

5. Now, dip the paneer slices in all purpose flour paste and all it in all purpose flour mixture. Do this process twice so the paneer slice coated well.

6. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry this from all sides till golden brown and crispy.

7. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

8. In a bowl, add 75 grams mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons chilli garlic paste, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.

9. Heat burger bun on tawa for 1 - 2 minutes.

10. Place it on a board and spread the prepared mayonnaise paste on it.

11. Place the prepared paneer tikki on it.

12. Top with lettuce.

13. Cover it with another piece of bun.

14. Serve hot.

Tandoori Chicken Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

Minced chicken - 500 grams

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Egg - 1

Tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon

Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Yogurt - 300 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams minced chicken, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Marinate for 25 - 30 minutes.

3. In a bowl, add 300 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.

4. Take the marinated chicken mixture, add 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs and mix it well.

5. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a tikki.

6. Heat some oil in a pan, place the tikki on it.

7. Cook until it turns golden brown and crispy from all sides.

8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

9. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, place the burger buns on it.

10. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.

11. Remove it from pan and place it on a board.

12. Place a lettuce on it.

13. Add the prepared tikki on it.

14. Now, spread the prepared sauce on it.

15. Top with onions and cucumber.

16. Spread some prepared sauce on another bun and place it on top of it.

17. Serve hot.
 

KFC Double Down Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS

(For Spice Mix)

Paprika - 1 tablespoon

Onion powder - 1 tablespoon

Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon

Sage - 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

(For Spice Mix)

1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.

2. Keep aside.

(For Burger)

1. In a mixing bowl, add 60 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 2 tablespoons prepared masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 200 milliliters water and mix it well.

2. Add 1 kilogram chicken breast and mix it well.

3. Marinate for 2 hours.

4. Take a ziplock bag, add 150 grams corn flakes in it.

5. Crush them with the help of a rolling pin.

6. Transfer this into a bowl, add 150 grams bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons prepared masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

7. Take the marinated chicken breast and coat it with corn flakes and bread crumbs mixture.

8. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.

9. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

10. In a bowl, add 90 grams mayonnaise, 40 grams ketchup and mix it well.

11. Place the fried chicken breast on a board.

12. Add 2 cheese slices on it.

13. Place some lettuce on it.

14. Then, add some onions on it.

15. Top with prepared sauce on it.

16. Cover it with another fried chicken breast.

17. Serve.

Masala Chickpea Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cinnamon stick - 1 inch

Dry red chili - 3

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Black peppercorns - 6

Cloves - 6 pods

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 60 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Boiled chickpeas - 800 grams

Oil - for shallow fry

Burger bun

Mayonnaise - to taste

Lettuce - to taste

Ketchup - to taste

Onion slices - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 dry red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin, 6 black peppercorns, 6 pods cloves and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

3. Then, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

4. Now, add 1 teaspoon ginger and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

5. Add 60 grams onions and fry till translucent.

6. Now, remove the dry red chillies from it and transfer the mixture into a bowl.

7. Add 2 tablespoons coriander, 800 grams boiled chickpeas and mash them well to make a thick mixture.

8. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a tikki or round shape.

9. Heat some oil in a pan, place the tikki in it and fry from sides till golden brown and crispy. Keep aside.

10. Take a burger bun and heat it on tawa for 2 - 3 minutes.

11. Place it on a board, spread mayonnaise over it.

12. Place the lettuce, prepared tikki over it.

13. Now spread some ketchup on it.

14. Then, add onion slices and tomato slices.

15. Now, cover it with another bun.

16. Serve and enjoy!

Vegan Burger 

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTSDry yeast - 1 tablespoon

Powdered sugar - 2 teaspoons

Warm water - 110 milliliters

Whole wheat flour - 230 grams

All purpose flour - 230 grams

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Water - 180 milliliters

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Chickpeas - 350 grams

Water - 500 milliliters

Water - 800 milliliters

Sweet corns - 350 grams

Coriander - 15 grams

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

All purpose flour - 30 grams

Oil - for shallow frying

Oil - for brushing

Sesame seeds

Ketchup - to taste

Onions slices - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

Coriander - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon dry yeast, 2 teaspoons powdered sugar, 110 milliliters warm water and mix it well.

2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.

3. Add 230 grams whole wheat flour, 230 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 180 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

4. Add 1 tablespoon oil and tuck the dough well.

5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.

6. In a another mixing bowl, add 350 grams chickpeas, 500 milliliters water and soak for overnight.

7. Take a pot, add the soaked chickpeas, 800 milliliters water and cover it with lid.

8. Cook till you hear 3 whistles.

9. Open the lid and drain the chickpeas.

10. Transfer this into a bowl, add 350 grams sweet corns, 15 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 30 grams all purpose flour and grind the mixture well.

11. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a patty.

12. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

13. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow the patties until it turns golden brown and crispy from all sides.

14. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

15. Take out the dough from bowl and divide it into equal portions.

16. Take a portion of dough and roll it into a ball.

17. Place it on a baking tray.

18. Cover it with a cloth and rest the dough balls for 30 minutes.

19. Brush the buns with oil and garnish with sesame seeds.

20. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

21. Remove it from oven and cut the bun into half.

22. Place it on a tawa and cook on moderate for 2 - 3 minutes.

23. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.

24. Spread some ketchup on it.

25. Add onion slices and tomato slices on top of it.

26. Place the prepared patty on it.

27. Top with coriander.

28. Cover it with another piece of bun.

29. Serve hot.

Butter Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS

Baked chicken breast

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Onion paste - 245 grams

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Fresh cream - 80 grams

Burger bun

Yogurt - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

Onion slices - to taste

Mint chutney - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Take a baked chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Add 245 grams onion paste and fry till they are brown in color.

4. Now, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.

5. Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste and mix it again. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

6. Then, add 80 grams fresh cream and mix it well.

7. Now, add the baked chicken pieces in it and toss them well. Keep aside.

8. Take a burger bun, spread yogurt on bun.

9. Place tomato and onion slices on top of it.

10. Add the cooked chicken on it and top with mint chutney.

11. Cover it with another bun.

12. Serve.

Maggi Burger

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken - 500 grams

Onions - 85 grams

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Black pepper - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Eggs - 2

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Cooked maggi - 500 grams

Oil - for frying

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Ketchup

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams minced chicken, 85 grams onions, 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well.

2. Marinate for 30 minutes.

3. In another mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

4. Add 500 grams cooked Maggi and mix well.

5. Heat some oil in a pan, place a round shape mould on it.

6. Add the Maggi mixture in it and fry the both sides till golden brown from both sides. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

7. Take a some chicken mixture in your hand and shape it into a round shape.

8. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry it till golden brown from both sides. Keep aside.

9. Place lettuce on prepared maggi bun. Add tomato slice and chicken tikki on top of it.

10. Apply some ketchup on top of it.

11. Cover it with another maggi bun.

12. Serve.

Servings 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons

Coriander seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Fenugreek - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon

Schezwan sauce - 1 teaspoon

Butter -2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 2

Onions - 30 grams

Bell pepper - 30 grams

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Tomato - 30 grams

Carrots - 30 grams

Boiled Potatoes - 30 grams

Green beans - 30 grams

Paneer - 100 grams

Cheese cubes - 125 grams

Coriander - 3 tablespoons

Butter - 1 teaspoon

Bun

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon schezwan sauce and mix well to make a paste.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 green chili, 30 grams onions and stir until onions start getting golden.

3. Add 30 grams bell pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and mix well.

4. Add 30 grams tomato, 30 grams carrots, 30 grams boiled potatoes, 30 grams green beans, 100 grams paneer and mix.

5. Mash and cook the veggies until they come together.

6. Add masala paste, 125 grams cheese cubes and mix well to combine.

7. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and again mix well.

8. Take a bun and slit the bun horizontally without cutting through.

9. Fill the veggie mixture and keep aside.

10. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a tawa, add masala paste and 1 tablespoon coriander.

11. Roast the bun on its sides.

12. Serve.
