INGREDIENTS
(For Green Chutney)
Mint - 25 grams
Garlic cloves - 3
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 20 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 15 milliliters
Water - 35 milliliters
(For Anda Pakora)
Boiled eggs - 6
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 55 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Mint - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
Gram flour - 85 grams
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
(For Green Chutney)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend it into a paste.
2. Keep aside.
(For Anda Pakora)
1. Take a boiled egg and grate it with the help of a food grater.
2. Do the same with all the eggs.
3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients in it and mix it well.
5. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it like a egg. (See Video)
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot with prepared chutney.
