Asian Tofu Broccoli Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Broccoli - 180 grams
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Sesame oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Hot sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Honey - 2 teaspoons
Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Tofu - 250 grams
Olive oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds - for garnishing
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
- Take a skillet, add 500 milliliters water, 180 grams broccoli and stir well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Add 250 grams tofu and mix it well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet, add the marinated tofu in it and mix it well.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add the boiled broccoli in it and mix it well.
- Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Serve.
