Butter and Cheese Loaded Hot Dog

INGREDIENTS
(For Stuffing)
Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 50 grams
Carrots - 50 grams
Cabbage - 50 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 250 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Mother dairy paneer - 100 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
(For Cheese Sauce)
Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Mother dairy fresh cream - 150 grams
Onions - 30 grams
Black peppercorns - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Water - for boiling
Mother dairy cheese slices - 6

Hot dog buns - 6
Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons
Tamarind chutney - 50 grams
Prepared cheese sauce - to taste
Prepared stuffing - to taste
Grated mother dairy cheese - 100 grams
Mustard sauce - 50 grams
Ketchup - 50 grams
PREPARATION
(For Stuffing)
- Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir for a minute.
- Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Now, add 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams boiled sweet corns, 50 grams carrots, 50 grams cabbage and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 250 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it again.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add 100 grams grated mother dairy paneer and mix it well.
- Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
- Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 - 8 minutes.
(For Cheese Sauce)
- Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.
- Add 150 grams mother dairy fresh cream and mix it well.
- Then, add 30 grams onions, 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1/8 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and strain the sauce.
- Take a deep pan, add some water in it. Bring to a boil.
- Place a bowl on it, add 6 mother dairy cheese slices in it.
- Add the prepared cream mixture and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

- Take a hot dog bun and make a slit in it.
- Brush it with mother dairy butter.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Remove it from oven and place it on a board.
- Then, add some tamarind chutney and prepared cheese sauce on it.
- Now, add the prepared stuffing in it.
- Garnish some grated mother dairy cheese over it.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Again bake for about 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove it from oven.
- Drizzle some ketchup and mustard sauce over it.
- Serve hot.
