Manchurian Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Cabbage - 80 grams
Carrots - 45 grams
Green beans - 80 grams
Cauliflower - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Corn flour - 60 grams
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Ketchup - 2 teaspoons
Red chili sauce - 2 teaspoons
Green chili sauce - 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Mayonnaise - 80 grams
Ketchup - 50 grams
Burger bun
Lettuce
Cheese slices
Onion slices
Tomato slices

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams cabbage, 45 carrots, 80 grams green beans, 80 grams cauliflower, 80 grams bell pepper, 100 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons green chili sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a lemon sized balls.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
4. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. In a bowl, add 80 grams mayonnaise, 50 grams ketchup and mix it well.
6. Take a burger bun and heat it on tawa for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Remove it from tawa and place it on a board.
8. Add some prepared mayonnaise on it and spread it evenly.
9. Place the lettuce on it.
10. Add the prepared manchurian balls on it.
11. Place cheese slice, onion slices and tomato slices on top of it.
12. Cover it with another bun.
13. Serve.

Tandoori Chicken Burger

Servings - 2 - 3

Minced chicken - 500 grams
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Yogurt - 300 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Burger buns
Lettuce - to taste
Onions - to taste
Cucumber - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams minced chicken, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Marinate for 25 - 30 minutes.
3. In a bowl, add 300 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
4. Take the marinated chicken mixture, add 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs and mix it well.
5. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it into a tikki.
6. Heat some oil in a pan, place the tikki on it.
7. Cook until it turns golden brown and crispy from all sides.
8. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
9. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, place the burger buns on it.
10. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
11. Remove it from pan and place it on a board.
12. Place a lettuce on it.
13. Add the prepared tikki on it.
14. Now, spread the prepared sauce on it.
15. Top with onions and cucumber.
16. Spread some prepared sauce on another bun and place it on top of it.
17. Serve hot.
