Cheese Corn Fried Momos

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 155 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 70 milliliters
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 90 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 155 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 70 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 100 grams mozzarella cheese, 90 grams boiled sweet corns, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Add the prepared cheese mixture in it.
- Seal the dough like a momo. (See Video)
- Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
