Cheesy Egg Puffs
Servings - 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS
Butter - 30 milliliters
Spring onions - 90 grams
Mushrooms - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Egg powder - 100 grams
Water - 70 milliliters
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Grated paneer - 100 grams
Cheddar cheese - 100 grams
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 30 milliliters butter in a pan, add 90 grams spring onions and fry till translucent.
2. Then, add 200 grams mushrooms, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
3. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
4. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. In a bowl, add 100 grams egg powder, 70 milliliters water and mix it well.
7. Add the cooked mushrooms, 100 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100 grams grated paneer, 100 grams cheddar cheese in it and mix it well.
8. Divide the batter into the baking tray.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
10. Remove it from oven.
11. Garnish with coriander.
12. Serve.
