Cheesy Paneer Dosa
Serving - 6
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 6
Onion - 50 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon
Mother dairy paneer - 200 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli - 1 teaspoon
Mother dairy cheese slice - 2
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Dosa mixture - 160 grams
Yogurt - 120 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Mother dairy butter - for brushing
Ketchup - to taste
Mother dairy cheese spread - to taste
Mother dairy cheese cube grated - to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
- Now, add 1/2 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon green chilli and sauté for a minute.
- Now, add 6 curry leaves, 50 grams onion and mix well.
- Then, add 50 grams tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
- Take 200 grams mother dairy paneer and grate it with the help of grater.
- Add the grated paneer in the pan, mix and combine all together.
- Now, add 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon red chilli and mix well.
- Add 2 slices of mother dairy cheese, stir and cook for a while.
- Add 1 tablespoon coriander, and stir properly.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams dosa mixture, 120 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 250 milliliters water. Mix well.
- keep aside and rest the batter for 5 minutes.
- Heat a griddle/ dosa tawa, pour some dosa batter and spread it evenly on tawa.
- Cook for a minute.
- Apply mother dairy melted butter evenly over the dosa.
- Now add prepared mixture, some ketchup, and mother dairy cheese spread. Mix well.
- Cook for a minute.
- Now, sprinkle grated mother dairy cheese cubes, cook until cheese melts.
- Transfer on the board and cut pieces and roll .
- Garnish it with grated mother dairy cheese and some chopped coriander.
- Serve hot.
