Chicken Milanese Tenders

INGREDIENTS
U.S. chicken breast - 550 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Eggs - 2
Bread crumbs - 200 grams
Parmesan Cheese - 60 grams
Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- Take 550 grams u.s. chicken breast and cut it into strips.
- Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix it well. Keep aside.
- In a another bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them well. Keep aside.
- In a another bowl, add 200 grams bread crumbs, 60 grams parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Take the marinated chicken strips and roll it in all purpose flour mixture.
- Then, dip it in the egg mixture and roll it in bread crumbs mixture properly.
- Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
