Chicken Nuggets

INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 500 grams
Salt - 1 teapsoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - for coating
Eggs - 2
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 500 grams boneless chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Transfer it in blender and blend it coarsely.
- Place butter paper on the faulty surface and spread the blended mixture over it .
- Cover the mixture with another butter paper.
- Now, flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
- Then, cut the flatten mixture into small cubes with the help of a sharp knife.
- Coat each of the cube in all purpose flour, then, dip it in the eggwash.
- Now, coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in the wok and deep fry until turns golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
