Chicken Strips With Garlic Herb Dip

INGREDIENTS
Dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried basil - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1/4 teaspoon
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Sour cream - 50 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
White wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Chicken breast - 450 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - for coating
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley and mix it well.
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, 50 grams sour cream, prepared mixed herbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic and mix it well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Take 450 grams chicken breast and cut it into slices.
- Transfer this into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and mix it well.
- Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Take the chicken strip and coat it with all purpose flour.
- Dip it in the egg mixture and roll it in bread crumbs properly.
- Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve with prepared dip.
