Chilli Chicken Naan Bites

INGREDIENTS
Egg powder - 100 grams
Water - 75 milliliters
Chicken breast - 500 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying
Oil - 20 milliliters
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 25 grams
Bell pepper - 35 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
Dry fenugreek leaves - to taste
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams egg powder, 75 milliliters water and mix it well.
- Add 500 grams chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.
- Marinate for 30 - 40 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Heat 20 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon spring onions and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Then, add 25 grams onions, 35 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix it well.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon red chili sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
- Now, add the fried chicken in it and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
- Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Add dry fenugreek leaves on it.
- Cut out circles from it.
- Place it on a hot tawa and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Remove it from heat and transfer this on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 6 minutes.
- Remove it from oven.
- Place it on a board.
- Add some prepared chicken on it.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot.
