Cinnamon Bun French Toast

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 4
Milk - 300 millilitres
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 tablespoon
Bread slice - 1
Butter - for shallow frying
Cream cheese - 115 grams
Heavy cream - 100 grams
Powdered sugar - 40 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 4 eggs, 300 millilitres milk, 50 grams powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
- Take a bread slice and dip it in prepared batter.
- Heat some butter in a pan and place the bread on it.
- Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes and flip it gently.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat.
- In mixing bowl, add 115 grams cream cheese, 100 grams heavy cream, 40 grams powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it with help of hand mixer.
- Drizzle some prepared icing over it.
- Serve.
