Creamy Cheese and Spinach Samosa

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 50 milliliters
Water - 100 milliliters
(For Spinach Stuffing)
Mother dairy butter - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Spinach - 300 grams
Mother dairy fresh cream - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mother dairy cheese slices - 10
(For Cheese and Spinach Samosa)
All purpose flour - for dusting
Prepared stuffing
Water - for brushing
Oil - for deep frying
PREPARATION
(For Dough)
- In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 50 milliliters oil and mix it well.
- Add 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
(For Spinach Stuffing)
- Heat 2 tablespoons mother dairy butter in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.
- Then, add 300 grams spinach and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add 40 grams mother dairy fresh cream and mix it well.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes.
- Now take mother 10 mother dairy cheese slices and cut in into small pieces.
- Transfer this into a bowl along with prepared spinach mixture and mix it well.
- Keep aside.
(For Cheese and Spinach Samosa)
- Take a ball from dough and dust it with all purpose flour.
- Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cut it into half.
- Brush the sides with water and roll it into a cone.
- Fill it with the prepared stuffing and seal the edges properly.
- Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
