Creamy Cheese Cutlet

All purpose flour - 150 grams
Corn flour - 70 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 250 milliliters

Grated mother dairy cheese slices - 15
Onions - 50 grams
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 50 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Carrots - 50 grams
Mother dairy fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs - 60 grams
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for deep frying
PREPARATION
(For Batter)
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well to make a thick batter.
- Keep aside.
(For Creamy Cheese Cutlet)
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a cutlet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Dip the cutlet into the prepared batter.
- Then, coat it with bread crumbs properly.
- Heat some oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
