Crispy Baked Parmesan Garlic Breaded Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
Bread crumbs - 150 grams
Parmesan cheese - 200 grams
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
Egg white - 4
Mushrooms - 250 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams bread crumbs, 200 grams parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon dried parsley and mix all the ingredients well.
2. In a bowl, add 4 egg whites and whisk it well.
3. Take a mushroom dip it in egg white and then roll it in brad crumb mixture.
4. Place it on a baking tray.
5. Preheat the oven to 430°F/220 °C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
6. Serve.
