Masala Peanut Chana

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Salted peanuts - 110 grams
Roasted Chickpeas - 73 grams
Gram flour - 115 grams
Red chili - 2 teaspoons
Fennel Powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 90 milliliters

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 110 grams salted peanuts, 73 grams roasted chickpeas, 115 grams gram flour, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons black salt, 2 teaspoons oil, 90 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
3. Serve.

Wonder Fries

Servings - 3 - 4 

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 600 grams
Water - 900 milliliters
Oil - for fry
Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Green onion - 1 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 60 grams
Miso paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
Green onion - for Garnish

PREPARATION
1. Take 600 grams potatoes and cut it into 2 pieces and place them a deep pot.
2. Place the pot on high heat, bring to a boil, and cook the potatoes until just barely cooked, about 8 to 12 minutes
3. While the potatoes cook, Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. 
4. Now, transfer it to a mixing bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoons green onions and mix it well.
5. Then, in a mixing bowl, add 60 grams mayonnaise, 11 teaspoon misconduct paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
6. Garnish with green onions.
7. Serve.

Beer Battered Onion Rings

Servings - 3 - 4 

INGREDIENTS
Onion rings - 200 grams
All purpose flour - 75 grams
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Beer - 220 milliliters
Oil - for fry

PREPARATION
1. Cut 200 grams onions crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices and separate into rings. 
2. Transfer it to a mixing bowl, add 75 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
3. Now, in a mixing bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teasoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 220 milliliters beer and mix it well.
4. Now, dip onions rings in batter.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper. 
6. Serve.

Wonton Mozzarella Sticks

Servings - 3 - 4 

INGREDIENTS
Wonton Wraps - 1
Whisked egg - 2
Mozzarella sticks - 1
Oil - for fry

PREPARATION
1. Take 1 wonton wrap and brush with egg wash.
2. Place mozzarella stick in the center of Wonton Wrap.
3. Bring the bottom edge of the wrap tightly over the mozzarella stick, rolling from bottom to top until the top of the sheet is reached.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
