Fried Pizza Balls

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Water - 40 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Chicken breast - 600 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 500 milliliters
Mozzarella cheese - 300 grams
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Pizza sauce -
Oil - for deep frying
Parmesan cheese - 80 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
Parsley - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 40 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Rest for 5 minutes.
3. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
5. Take a pressure cooker, add 600 grams chicken breast, 1 teaspoon salt, 500 milliliters water and cover it with lid.
6. Cook till you hear 3 whistles.
7. Open the lid and remove the chicken from it.
8. Shred the chicken properly.
9. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix all the ingredients well.
10. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
11. Spread some pizza sauce on it.
12. Add the prepared mixture on it.
13. Roll it into a ball.
14. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
15. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon parsley and mix it well.
16. Add the fried ball in it and coat it properly.
17. Serve.

Suji Balls

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Water - 800 milliliters
Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Semolina - 250 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Green peas - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 600 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Dry red chili - 2
Curry leaves - 10 - 12
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Heat 800 milliliters water in a heavy skillet, add 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons oil and mix it well.
2. Then, add 250 grams semolina and mix it well.
3. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Then, add 40 grams green peas and mix it well.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
9. Now, add 600 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
11. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
14. Take the semolina dough and mix it well.
15. Take some mixture in your hands and flatten it with the help of your fingers.
16. Add some potatoes mixture in it and seal it properly.
17. Roll it into a ball.
18. Place it in a steamer and cover it with lid.
19. Steam for about 10 - 12 minutes.
20. Open the lid and remove the suji balls from it.
21. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 dry red chili, 10 - 12 curry leaves and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
22. Add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
23. Now, add the steamed suji balls in it and mix it well.
24. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
25. Remove it from heat.
26. Serve hot.
