Domino's Style Farm House Cheese Burst Pizza

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Warm milk - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 570 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk powder - 45 grams
Butter - 50 milliliters
Warm milk - 250 milliliters
Maize flour
Cheese spread - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Onions - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste
Mushrooms - to taste
Jalapeños - to taste
Olives - to taste
Olive oil - for brushing
Chilli flakes - to taste
Oregano - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons dry yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 100 milliliters warm milk and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 570 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 45 grams milk powder, 50 milliliters butter, 250 milliliters warm milk and knead it into a smooth soft sough.
4. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
5. Place the dough on a floor and sprinkle maize flour on it.
6. Tuck the dough well.
7. Divide the dough into equal portions.
8. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Place it on a hot tawa and cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides. Keep aside.
10. Now, take a another dough ball and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
11. Then flatten it with your fingers to make a pizza base. (See Video)
12. Place it on a baking tray.
13. Add cheese spread on top of pizza base and spread it evenly.
14. Top with mozzarella cheese.
15. Place the cooked base on top of it.
16. Prick it with fork.
17. Spread pizza sauce on top of it.
18. Top with mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onions, sweet corns, mushrooms, jalapeños and olives.
19. Brush the sides with olive oil.
20. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on top of it.
21. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
22. Cut it into slices.
23. Serve hot.

French Fries Pizza

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Yeast - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Water - 40 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 150 milliliters
French fries - 200 grams
Oil - for frying
Pasta sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons yeast, 2 teaspoons sugar, 40 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Then, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
4. Now, add 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry 200 grams french fries until it turns golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain it on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
8. Dust the floor with flour.
9. Place the dough ball on it.
10. Flatten the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin to make a pizza base.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Spread pasta sauce on it.
13. Add some mozzarella cheese on it.
14. Place the fried french fries on it.
15. Again Top with mozzarella cheese.
16. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
17. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
18. Cut it into slices.
19. Serve hot.

 Peri Peri Chicken Pizza

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar - 60 milliliters
Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Chicken breast - 300 grams
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Maize flour - for dusting

(For Dressing)
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Cherry tomato - to taste
Onions - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Olive oil - to taste
Peri peri sauce - to taste

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 100 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
2. Rest for 10 minutes.
3. Now, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 80 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Then, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and tuck the dough well.
5. In another mixing bowl, add 60 milliliters rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic and mix it well.
6. Now, pour the mixture into the 300 grams chicken breast and mix it well.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
8. Then, apply some salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper over the chicken breast.
9. Now , in a pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil and place chicken breast over it.
10. Apply some barbecue sauce over it on both sides and cook for 5 - 10 Minutes
11. Now, Cut the chicken breast into strips.
12. Then, take some pizza dough and dust it with maize flour.
13. Spread the dough into a large round using your hand fingers
14. Now, place the pizza base into a baking tray and Spread some pizza sauce over it.
15. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, cherry tomato, onions, bell pepper.
16. Now drizzle a good amount of olive oil.
17. Top with peri peri sauce.
18. Preheat the oven to 430 °F/220 °C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
19. Slice and serve.

Cheese Corn Pizza

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Warm water - 80 milliliters
Yeast - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 400 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 180 milliliters
Maize flour
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Sweet corns - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
Oil - for brushing

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 80 milliliters warm water, 1 tablespoon yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Add 400 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoons alt, 1 tablespoon butter, 180 milliliters milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
6. Take one part of the dough and dust it with maize flour.
7. Knead the dough well and make a ball of it.
8. Now, flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
9. Then, make a pizza base with the help of fingers. (See Video)
10. Take a baking tray and brush it with oil.
11. Place the pizza base on it.
12. Spread pizza sauce over it.
13. Top with mozzarella cheese and sweet corns.
14. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it.
15. Brush the sides of the pizza base with oil.
16. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
17. Remove it from oven and cut it into slices.
18. Serve hot.
