Garlic Mushroom in Cheesy Creamy Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 2 tablespoons

Mushroom - 300 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

White wine - 60 milliliters

Butter - 1 tablespoon

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoons

Heavy cream - 300 milliliters

Parmesan cheese - 20 grams

Processed cheese - 30 grams

 

 

PREPARARTION

  1. In a pan, add 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons garlic and sauté for few seconds.
  2. Now add 300 grams mushrooms,      cook for 2-3 minutes and add 60 milliliters white wine.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, stir once and add 2 tablespoons coriander.
  5. Mix well and remove the pan from heat.
  6. In another pan, heat 1 teaspoon butter, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and stir well.
  7. Now, add 300 milliliters heavy cream and whisk it properly to avoid lumps.
  8. Then, add 20 grams parmesan cheese and mix well.
  9. Add 30 grams processed cheese stir and cook till it melts.
  10. Now, add cooked mushrooms, mix all the ingredients properly.
  11. Cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat.
  12. Remove the pan from heat.
  13. Garnish with some black pepper.
  14. Serve hot.
