Garlic Mushroom in Cheesy Creamy Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Mushroom - 300 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
White wine - 60 milliliters
Butter - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 1 tablespoons
Heavy cream - 300 milliliters
Parmesan cheese - 20 grams
Processed cheese - 30 grams
PREPARARTION
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons garlic and sauté for few seconds.
- Now add 300 grams mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes and add 60 milliliters white wine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, stir once and add 2 tablespoons coriander.
- Mix well and remove the pan from heat.
- In another pan, heat 1 teaspoon butter, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and stir well.
- Now, add 300 milliliters heavy cream and whisk it properly to avoid lumps.
- Then, add 20 grams parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Add 30 grams processed cheese stir and cook till it melts.
- Now, add cooked mushrooms, mix all the ingredients properly.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Garnish with some black pepper.
- Serve hot.
