Grilled Lehsuni Paneer

IINGREDIENTS
Gram flour - 30 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Cloves powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer - 400 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for grilling
Coriander - 15 grams
Mint - 10 grams
Onions - 35 grams
Green chili - 1/2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves - 2
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Water - 40 milliliters
Yogurt - 35 grams
PREPARATION
- Take a pan, add 30 grams gram flour and dry roast for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns dark brown in color.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 60 grams yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons mustard oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon cloves powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
- Add 400 grams paneer, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a grill pan, add the marinated paneer on it.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a blender, add 15 grams coriander, 10 grams mint, 35 grams onions, 1/2 tablespoon green chili, 2 garlic cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 40 milliliters water and blend it into a puree.
- In a bowl, add 35 grams yogurt, the blended puree and mix it well.
- Serve with prepared grilled lehsuni paneer.
