Healthy Vegetable Pasta With Olive Oil Garlic & Mushroom
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Water - 1 litre
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ryca pasta - 250 grams
Ryca olive oil - 40 milliliters
Garlic - 30 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Mushrooms - 350 grams
Olives - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon
Basil - 1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese - 35 grams
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- Take a heavy skillet, add 1 litre water, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
- Add 250 grams ryca pasta and mix it again.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and drain the pasta. Keep aside.
- Heat 40 milliliters ryca olive oil in a another heavy skillet, add 30 grams garlic and stir well.
- Add 60 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Then, add 350 grams mushrooms and mix it again.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon olives and mix it well.
- Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon basil and mix it well.
- Now, add the boiled pasta, 35 grams parmesan cheese and mix it again.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon parsley and mix it well.
- Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve hot.
