Homemade Buns
Servings - 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS
Yeast - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Warm milk -150 mililiters
All purpose flour - 500 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Eggs white
Black sesame seeds
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl add 1 tablespoon yeast, 2 tablespoon sugar, 150 milliliters warm milk and mix well.
2. Rest 5 minutes.
3. Add 500 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters water and knead into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest 2 hours.
5. Take a dough and make a Shape into slightly flat balls.
6. Transfer it on greased baking sheet and rest 30 minutes.
7. Now brushing with egg white and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
9. Serve.
