Maggi Donuts

INGREDIENTS
Maggi - 120 grams (divided)
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water- 200 milliliters
Boiled mashed potatoes - 180 grams
Onion - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 40 grams
Carrot - 40 grams
Green beans - 40 grams
Bread crumbs - 30 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Maggi masala - 10 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- Add 120 grams maggi in a grinder, and grind it coarsely.
- Heat a pan, add 50 grams grinded maggi and dry roast for 5 minutes .
- In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoon corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 200 milliliters water.
- Mix it properly without any lumps. Keep aside.
- In a bowl, add 60 grams boiled maggi, 180 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 40 grams onion 40 grams bell pepper, 40 grams carrot, 40 grams green beans, 30 grams bread crumbs, 50 grams dry roasted maggi, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 10 grams maggi masala, 2 tablespoon coriander and mix well to make a dough.
- Now, make small balls from dough and dust some all purpose flour .
- Shape it into a donut.
- Then dip the prepared donut in the prepared mixture.
- Now, coat it with leftover crushed maggi.
- Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet, and deep fry the donuts until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
