Maggi Omelette

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 4
Onions - 40 grams
Bell pepper - 30 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon 
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Maggi masala - 1 pack
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled maggi noodles - 80 grams
Butter - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except maggi and butter and mix well.
2. Add 80 grams boiled maggi noodles and mix again.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter on a pan, pour the batter on the pan and spread in circular motion.
4. Cook on a medium heat, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
5. Serve hot.
