Makki Ka Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Maize flour - 250 grams
Wheat flour - 90 grams
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 30 milliliters
Water - 350 milliliters
Bell pepper - 140 grams
Sweet corn - 55 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Black olives - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams maize flour, 90 grams wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 30 milliliters oil and mix it well.
- Add 350 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- In a another mixing bowl, add 140 grams bell pepper, 55 grams sweet corn, 40 grams onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
- Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cut out a circle from it.
- Prick fork on the top of the base.
- Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Flip it gently.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
- Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
- Add some pizza sauce on it and spread it evenly.
- Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
- Then, add the prepared veggie mixture on it.
- Now, add some black olives.
- Again add some mozzarella cheese on it.
- Place it on a hot tawa.
- Cover it with lid and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted.
- Open the lid and remove it from heat.
- Serve hot.
