INGREDIENTS
Pizza pasta sauce - 150 grams
Onions - 100 grams
Bell pepper - 225 grams
Sweet corns - 90 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Salt - 1 1/4 teaspoons
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 1/4 teaspoons
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Buns
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Butter - for shallow frying and brushing
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams pizza pasta sauce, 100 grams onions, 225 grams bell pepper, 90 grams sweet corns, 50 grams tomato, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 1/4 teaspoons oregano, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and mix it well.
- Take a bun and cut it from top to make a hole. (See Video)
- Fill it with prepared mixture.
- Add some mozzarella cheese on top of it.
- Heat some butter in a pan, place the prepared bun on it.
- Brush it with butter.
- Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat or until the cheese is melted.
- Open the lid and remove it from heat.
- Serve hot.
