Masala Paneer Hot Dog

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 120 grams
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Tomato - 250 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 50 grams
Paneer - 200 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 30 grams
Onions - 25 grams
Jalapeños - 50 grams
Fresh cream - 100 grams
Milk - 50 milliliters
Water - 300 milliliters
Processed cheese - 100 grams
Hot dog buns
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
- Then, add 120 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Now, add 100 grams bell pepper, 250 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon green chili and mix it well.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1 teaspoons alt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
- Add 2 tablespoons red chili sauce, 50 grams ketchup and mix it again.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Now, add 200 grams paneer, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
- Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Heat 30 grams butter in a pan, add 25 grams onions, 50 grams jalapeños and mix it well.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Then, add 100 grams fresh cream , 50 milliliters milk and mix it well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Cook until the mixture become thickens.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Take a deep pan, add 300 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
- Place a bowl on top of it.
- Add 100 grams processed cheese.
- Now, place a stainer on it and add the prepared jalapeños mixture in it.
- Strain the mixture properly.
- Stir the cheese mixture continuously until the cheese is melted.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Take a hot dog bun and make a cut in the centre.
- Fill it with the prepared paneer mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
- Now, place the hot dog bun and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Flip it gently and cook the other side too.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
- Remove it from heat.
- Drizzle some prepared cheese sauce on top of it.
- Serve hot.
