Mini Heart Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Warm water - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/2teaspoon
Water - 30 milliliters
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Bell pepper - 120 grams
Sweet corns - 40 grams
Onion - 30 grams
Jalapeno pickle - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Maize flour - 2 tablespoons
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Black olive - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
Olive oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 100 milliliters warm water and mix well.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and mix well.
- Then, add 30 milliliters water and knead into a soft and Smooth dough.
- Add 2 teaspoons oil and knead again.
- Rest the dough for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, add 120 grams bell peppers, 40 grams sweet corn, 30 grams onion, 1 tablespoon jalapeno pickle, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
- Now, Dust maize flour on a flat surface , take a ball from dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.
- Cut into heart shape with a heart shape cookie cutter, and cook on high heated tawa for 4–5 seconds from both sides.
- Now spread pizza sauce and some mozzarella cheese over it.
- Also, top it with prepared vegetable mixture, some more mozzarella cheese, a black olive, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Transfer to baking tray and brush olive oil.
- Bake at 350°F/180°C for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
