Mini Pizza Tart
Servings - 6
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 190 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 45 milliliters
Water - 120 milliliters
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Onions - 80 grams
Sweet corns - 50 grams
Deseeded tomato - 90 grams
Mushrooms - 40 grams
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Pizza sauce - 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese - 60 grams
Black olives - 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 190 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 45 milliliters oil and mix it well.
2. Add 120 milliliters water and knead it into a dough.
3. Cover it with plate and rest for 10 minutes.
4. Take a ball from prepared dough and make it flatten with the help of rolling pin.
5. Place it on a moulder and remove extra dough from it.
6. Place it on a baking tray and preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
7. In a bowl, add 80 grams bell pepper, 80 grams onions, 50 grams sweet corns, 90 grams deseeded tomato, 40 grams mushrooms, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 50 grams mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons pizza sauce and mix it well.
8. Transfer, this into tart, add some mozzarella cheese and black olives.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve.
