Mini Samosa Pies

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour- 300 grams
Rice Flour- 50 grams
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Carom seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 50 millilitres
Water- 250 millilitres
Potato- 250 grams
Water- 500 millilitres
Oil- 2 tablespoons
Onions - 50 grams
Paprika- 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder- 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala- 1 teaspoon
Green chili- 2 teaspoons
Paneer- 100 grams
Sweet corns- 50 grams
Coriander- 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 300 grams wheat flour, 50 grams rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds. Mix well.
- Now, add 50 milliliters oil, mix well then, add 250 milliliters water.
- Knead it to make a semi hard dough.
- Keep aside and rest for 15 - 20 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add 250 grams potatoes, 500 milliliters water and cook until 2 whistles. Keep aside.
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoons oil, 50 grams finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Now, add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix well.
- Add boiled mashed potatoes and stir well.
- Now, add 2 teaspoons green chili, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then, add 100 grams paneer, 50 grams sweet corns, 2 tablespoons coriander. Mix well.
- Take a small ball from dough, flatten it with the rolling pin.
- Now, put it in the mould, stab it with the help of a fork and remove the extra dough from sides.
- Stuff it with the prepared mixture, then cover it with the dough stripes .
- Now, brush it with oil.
- Transfer it in a baking tray and bake at 400ºF / 200ºC for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
