Mix Veg & Paneer Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Grated paneer - 100 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 80 grams
Sweet corns - 30 grams
Carrots - 45 grams
Green peas - 45 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Brown bread
Butter - for shallow frying & brushing
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams grated paneer, 80 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 30 grams sweet corns, 45 grams carrots, 45 grams green peas, 40 grams onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Take a brown bread and cut it’s edges.
- Add the prepared mixture on it and spread it evenly.
- Cover it with another slice of bread.
- Heat some butter on a pan, add the sandwich on it.
- Brush it with butter.
- Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Then, flip it gently.
- Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
- Cut it into half.
- Serve hot.
