Murg Malai Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken - 500 grams
Black pepper - 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 3 tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams boneless chicken, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Add 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 2 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well to combine.
4. Marinate for 2 hours.
5. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
6. Skewer the chicken.
7. Preheat the oven to 445°F/230°C. Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
