INGREDIENTS
Oil - 4 teaspoons
Peanuts - 35 grams
Curry leaves - 10 - 12
Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Puffed rice - 80 grams
Red chili - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Sev - 80 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 4 teaspoons oil in a pot, add 35 grams peanuts and stir well.
2. Add 10 - 12 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
3. Add 80 grams puffed rice, 1 1/2 teaspoons red chili and mix well to combine.
4. Now, add 80 grams sev and again mix it well.
5. Serve.
