Noodles Wrap Cheese Roll

INGREDIENTS
(For Sauce)
Mayonnaise - 80 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Mustard paste - 1 teaspoon
Tabasco sauce - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
(For Cornstarch Paste)
Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
Water - 50 milliliters
(For Noodles Wrap Cheese Roll)
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 55 grams
Mushrooms - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 90 grams
Grated carrot - 40 grams
Boiled sweet corn - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Dried mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 80 grams
Cheddar cheese - 80 grams
Walnuts - 30 grams
Almonds - 30 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Boiled noodles
Bread slices
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
(For Sauce)
1. In a bowl, add 80 grams mayonnaise, 60 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard paste, 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well. Keep aside
(For Cornstarch Paste)
1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 50 milliliters water and mix it well to make a paste. Keep aside.
(Rest of the Preparation)
1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 55 grams spring onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add 50 grams mushrooms and mix it well. Cook till it becomes golden brown in color.
3. Now, add 90 grams bell pepper, 40 grams grated carrot and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the veggies are cooked.
5. Add 100 grams boiled sweet corn and stir well.
6. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs and mix it well.
7. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 80 grams mozzarella cheese, 80 grams cheddar cheese, 30 grams walnuts, 30 grams almonds, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons spring onions
and mix all the ingredients well.
8. Take a bread slice and cut it all edges.
9. Flatten the bread with the help of rolling pin, place some prepared veggie mixture on the one side of bread slice and roll it tightly.
10. Apply cornstarch slurry on the edge to seal. Apply this on both ends also and seal them properly.
11. Wrap the prepared rolls with boiled noodles
12. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
13. Serve hot with the prepared sauce.
