Oatmeal With Dried Fruits

INGREDIENTS
Rolled oats - 115 grams
Milk - 500 milliliters
Dried apricots - 35 grams
Dried cranberries - 20 grams
Seedless dates - 35 grams
Dried prunes - 35 grams
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Dried cranberries - for garnishing
Dried apricots - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 115 grams rolled oats and dry roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
3. Heat 500 milliliters milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
4. Then, add the roasted oats and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Now, add 35 grams dried cranberries, 20 grams dried cranberries, 35 grams seedless dates, 35 gams dried prunes and mix it well.
7. Add 1 tablespoon almonds and mix it well.
8. Cook until the mixture thickens.
9. Remove it from heat.
10. Garnish with dried cranberries and apricots.
11. Serve.
