Oats Spinach Cheela With Spicy Paneer Toppings

INGREDIENTS
Flax seeds - 25 grams
Oats - 200 grams
Spinach - 200 grams
Green chilli - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 2 tablespoons
Cumin -1 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Gram flour - 40 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Onion - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Paneer - 150 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
- In a pan, dry roast 25 grams flax seeds for 2-3 minutes.
- Then, In another pan, add 200 grams oats and dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
- Now, transfer them in grinder and grind to a powder. Keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams spinach, 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds and 100 milliliters water.
- Transfer it to blender and blend to a smooth puree.
- Now, In a bowl, add blended mixture, 40 gram gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
- Then, add blended spinach puree and mix well.
- Keep aside and rest the batter for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add 100 grams onions, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 10.Now, add 100 grams tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon green chili. Mix well.
- 11.Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
- 12.Now, add 150 grams paneer and combine all together.
- 13.Then, add 1 tablespoon coriander , mix and remove the pan from heat.
- 14.Heat tawa/ griddle pan, add some prepared batter and spread it in a circle.
- 15.Place prepared mixture on it evenly.
- 16.Drizzle some oil around the edges and let It cook until the base turns crispy.
- 17.Flip the chilla and let the other side cook for around 2 minutes
- 18. Serve hot with ketchup.
