Paneer Bell Pepper Toast
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS

Grated paneer - 200 grams
Bell pepper - 150 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Butter - for shallow frying & brushing
Bread slices
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams grated paneer, 150 grams bell pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 2 teaspoons green chili and mix it well.
2. Heat some butter in a pan, add a bread slice on top of it.
3. Brush it with butter.
4. Flip it gently. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
5. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
6. Add the prepared stuffing on it and spread it evenly.
7. Cover it with another slice of bread.
8. Cut it into half.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
