Paneer Cheese Bites

INGREDIENTS
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1/8 teaspoon
Dried basil - 1/8 teaspoon
Dried thyme - 1/8 teaspoon
Paneer - 220 grams
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Bread crumbs - 80 grams
Coriander - 10 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 35 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Carrots - 60 grams
Green beans - 60 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Cheese slices
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/8 teaspoon dried basil, 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme and mix it well.
- In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams paneer, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- In a another bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Add 250 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
- In a bowl, add 80 grams bread crumbs, 10 grams coriander and mix it well.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 35 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Then, add 70 grams bell pepper, 60 grams carrots, 60 grams green beans and mix it well.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Take the paneer slice and add a cheese slice on top of it.
- Add some prepared mixture on it.
- Add a another cheese slice on top of it.
- Cover it with another slice of paneer.
- Dip it in prepared batter and then roll it in bread crumbs mixture properly.
- Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
