Paneer Missi Roti

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour - 150 grams
Wheat flour - 100 grams
Grated paneer - 130 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan, place the roti on it and cook on moderate heat for three minutes. Turn it and brush it with oil.
- Shallow fry over low heat. Flip it gently and brush the other side too.
- Cook on low heat till golden brown.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve with curd.
